By accessing the website hoverads.in or engaging Hover Ads (Chaturvega Private Limited) for aerial advertising, drone LED displays, skyvertising, or event shows, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Turnkey Campaign Operations
Hover Ads provides heavy-lift drone displays equipped with high-resolution P15 LED screens for brand marketing and personal celebrations. All flight dispatches are subject to airspace clearances, local weather conditions, and DGCA aviation guidelines.
3. Aviation Safety & Pilot Authority
Safety is our highest priority. All flights are operated strictly by DGCA-certified licensed pilots. Flight operators maintain absolute authority to pause, delay, or modify flight altitudes if real-time weather, high wind gusts, or safety hazards compromise aviation SOPs.
4. Intellectual Property & Media Formatting
Clients must ensure that all video media, logos, graphics, and text content supplied for LED screen playback comply with intellectual property laws and do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
